Sunrise Painting was established in 1997 and was incorporated in 2001. We take pride in providing quality workmanship at a competitive price. We believe strongly in ethical business practices and our friendly and courteous crews work hard to ensure a pleasant experience for our clients. This is reflected in the fact that about 85% of our work load comes from repeat clients and referrals. The company has third party liability insurance coverage of $5,000,000 and is always current with WCB. No job is too big or too small. We have worked all over the Lower Mainland doing everything from small condo repaints to high-end custom homes to commercial buildings and apartment blocks. We began doing small rain-screen installation and stucco application jobs in 2007. We are now handling larger projects from 15,000 to 50,000 sq ft and plan to keep growing. In 2009 we did our first siding job. We installed a complete rain-screen system and ColorPlus Hardi Panel siding and trim to a 3 storey (18,000 sq ft) apartment building and plan to expand that end of the business as well.
